Our Care Management Team

Dawn Wittig, Founder has over 18 years of experience in geriatric and developmentally disabled care management with most recent years involved with in-home care. Dawn is a CNA and nursing student, co-established the Alzheimer’s Association Sheboygan County Memory Walk and is a member of the Dementia Care Network serving in all board positions.

Katie Tutas, Care Manager has over 20 years of geriatric and developmentally disabled care management experience. Katie has managed an assisted living facility is a CNA and worked with Tender Hearts since its founding in 2006 coordinating Caregiver Resources and Care Management.

Crystal Duran, Scheduling Supervisor, Caregiver Support has been with the Tender Hearts since 2006 working extensively in the field. Crystal how manages Scheduling, On-Call Resources and works with the Care management team.

Todd Wittig, General Manager has over 20 years of experience in business, construction and risk management. Todd alongside his wife Dawn volunteers for the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk.
